What's included in the shuttle service?
We drop you off at the put-in point and pick you up at the take-out. No need to arrange car shuttles or leave vehicles at multiple locations.
How long does the float take?
The 3-mile route typically takes 2–3 hours depending on water levels and how often you stop to swim. It's a relaxed, go-at-your-own-pace experience.
Is it safe for kids?
Absolutely! The Catawba is gentle and family-friendly. We provide properly sized life jackets for children and recommend the Family Bundle for groups with young ones.
Do I need to make a reservation?
We do not do reservations, however large groups should call ahead so that we can email them a copy of the waiver to distribute to their group so they can save time when they arrive.
What should I bring?
Sunscreen, water shoes or sandals, a change of clothes, and a sense of adventure. We handle the tubes, life jackets, and shuttle.
What's your cancellation policy?
Full refunds for cancellations made 48+ hours in advance. Within 48 hours, we offer a credit toward a future trip. No-shows are non-refundable.
